Moling is a trenchless method for installing pipes or ducts from 20mm up to 63mm, and CW Pipewise is an expert in this field. Moling is a great alternative to trenching as it is the least destructive method. CW Pipewise is registered as Water Safe and is WIAPS and Thames Water TAPS 5 Approved.
The method of impact moling is quite simple, CW Pipewise digs entry and exit holes up to 10 meters apart at the required depth, and once the holes are ready, they insert the mole and use a sight and scope to accurately line up the mole and then send it from one hole to the other. Once the mole arrives in the exit hole, they attach the pipe to the hose that powered the mole with air and pull it back through.

His team (specifically Sam) were polite, professional and took the time to help me understand underground pipe work that needed to be completed. We had to take up part of the driveway and flower beds, to lay rainwater piping and fix 3 gullies. The team left the site tidy (which is hard to do considering a mini digger was needed!) and I would definitely trust Charly and the team for future work! They respected the site, took the time to show me as pipes were laid and completed the work super quickly! We look forward to working with them again.. hopefully next time for something less urgent!
